Le pôle logistique achats a cette mission de centralisation des achats pour tous les pôles de l’association. Du Challenge ski à la Grande Consommation, en passant par HandiGliss, c’est eux qui sont contactés pour assurer à chaque événement tout ce dont ils ont besoin pour être une réussite. With just 12 days to go until the GEM Altigliss Challenge, we present the 3rd challenge that makes up the week, and it's no small feat: the Mountain Challenge! Retain participants. This is the mission that the Inter-school Communication Department has been pursuing, a novelty since the start of the 2023 academic year. The task is daunting! By working with the sales team, Clara and Camille must do everything possible to ensure that the participants feel fully integrated into the event and eagerly anticipate the ski week. Their efforts have been rewarded by the success of the competition with our partner Columbia, which has generated significant excitement! In a team of three, the treasurer, his assistant, and the accountant manage a budget of 850,000 euros for the GEM Altigliss Challenge. Le weekend du 9-10 décembre, les membres d’Altigliss étaient à Val d’Isère en tant que bénévoles pour le Critérium de la Première Neige. Mais ils ont également pu en profiter pour faire du repérage et s’entrainer au mieux pour le GEM Altigliss Challenge. De retour à Grenoble, l’association toute entière sait désormais ce qui l’attend du 16 au 23 mars 2024. Le Président de l’asso, Baptiste Lalanne, nous explique ses attentes pour la 24ème édition du GAC et les responsabilités qui lui incombent.

Le défi majeur pour l’association Altigliss : ogarniser un très grand évènement qui s’étale sur une semaine ! Mais sans participants, le GEM Altigliss Challenge n’existe pas. Toute la pression reposait donc ces derniers jours sur les commerciaux. Le mois de novembre, sans doute le plus intense de l’année pour Altigliss, s’est achevé avec les AG Days, événement de présentation du GAC aux étudiants de GEM. Juste avant avaient lieu les Altigliss Tours, la Bourse aux Skis, et les 3 jours de SuperGliss fin octobre. Enchainer de tels événements qui nécessitent l’implication de chacun des membres n’est pas une mince affaire. Un pôle est donc chargé de l’organisation logistique de chaque évent, jusqu’au GAC en lui-même : le Pôle Logistique.

Cette semaine, nous vous présentons le plus grand pôle de l’association Altigliss : le pôle Partenariats.

En charge de démarcher les partenaires du GEM Altigliss Challenge, le pôle Parte assure une fonction cruciale au sein d’Altigliss en permettant à chaque édition de proposer des projets toujours plus ambitieux. Le village, structure centrale qui met en avant les partenaires, est fréquenté chaque jour par le millier d’étudiants qui participe au GAC. Mais au-delà de la responsabilité qui incombe aux membres du pôle, c’est une belle expérience qui marquera chacun d’entre eux. Tuesday, October 3, 2023, marked the second edition of Visionn'AG. It is a session of screening ski and freestyle films as well as retrospectives of the GEM Altigliss Challenge 2023. The 1A (first-year students) attending the session are invited to share a pizza right after at Champollion, a bar popular among students. The screening is presented by the Riders First team, which organizes a professional freestyle ski and snow contest during the GAC. Axel Broche and Solal Mahouy share their feedback on this first major evening of the association.

It is alongside @gemjuniorconseil that Altigliss undertook waste collection in the Jardin de Ville in Grenoble! 🌳 Armed with plastic bags and tongs loaned by the city hall, we were able to carry out this voluntary action while meeting the first-year students who accompanied us. 😉 The afternoon ended with a friendly moment at the bar. 🍻 A big thank you to everyone for your participation!

After one year of good and loyal service, the promotion of the 23rd edition consisting of our 2nd years has handed us the keys to the association and the heavy task of successfully leading the XXIVth edition of the GEM Altigliss Challenge!
